Shipping
For sculpture we use Parcelforce express48 which should arrive within 2 days of the despatch date. We will send an email to let you know when your order has been despatched.
Prints are made to order from specialist suppliers so timings may vary depending on the type of print ordered. Please allow up to 10 days for production and delivery.
We currently only ship to the UK. However, if you live outside the UK and would like to purchase anything, please get in touch with your details and we will get back to you with a shipping price.
Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund you provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days if bought in-store, or 14 days if bought online, wherever possible in the original packaging and with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please send the goods back to us at our address below at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible. If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. If you are returning an item because it is damaged, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. Please keep a receipt for your postage charges and include it with the return.
We are unable to offer an exchange on any commissioned pieces. Please note we will refund your delivery charges when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
